By accessing and using this website, purchasing our products, or interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Products and Medical Disclaimer

Levina offers over-the-counter TENS/EMS devices for wellness and temporary pain relief. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We do not provide medical advice. Please consult a healthcare professional before use, especially if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, or other medical conditions. Individual results may vary.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
  • Accurate billing and shipping information is required.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to suspected fraud or inventory issues.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the United States. International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. Levina is not liable for delays, losses, or import issues caused by incorrect addresses or customs processes.

5. Return Policy – 60-Day Risk-Free Home Trial

If you're not satisfied with your Levina device, you may request a return by contacting support@levinahealthcare.com. To ensure a fair evaluation, we ask customers to try the device for at least 30 days before requesting a return.

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be requested within 60 calendar days of delivery.
  • Customers must use the return label issued by Levina. A $9.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • All original accessories must be included. Incomplete returns may be rejected.
  • Opened or used units will be refunded minus a 15% medical-grade product handling fee. Unopened returns incur a 10% restocking fee.

Hygiene Policy – Electrode Pads

For health and safety reasons, opened or used electrode pads are not eligible for return or refund. These are classified as personal-use medical accessories and cannot be reused or safely handled once opened.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Credit card processing times vary and may take up to 7–10 business days after return is approved.

6. Warranty

All Levina devices include a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty excludes misuse, accidental damage, and consumable parts such as pads, cables, or batteries. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Levina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product involved in the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, product descriptions, branding, and layout, is the property of Levina Healthcare and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of this website is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and process personal data in compliance with CCPA.

10. Third-Party Services

11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action. This clause applies to all claims arising from the use of this site or purchase of our products.

We ship internationally to select countries. International customers are responsible for paying any applicable VAT, GST, import duties, or customs fees. Levina is not liable for delays, losses, or rejections at customs.
