How to return the products?+
Customers have 60 calendar days from the delivery date to return the device if it does not meet expectations. A minimum of a 30-day mandatory trial period is required before initiating a return, as it takes time for soft tissue to heal.
What do I need to do to return?+
Please contact our Customer Support to request the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label from Levina's support email. All customers must request RMA before returning the products; returns without this may be rejected. The system generates return labels only after 31 days from the delivery date.
What are the return shipping costs?+
There is no return shipping cost. After requesting the RMA from Levina support, we will initiate a refund that includes the return shipping fee. Please kindly let us know your address in order to refund the correct amount.
How long does it take to refund my money?+
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned items. Credit card refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect. Refunds are only credited to the original payment method (no alternative payment options).
Why can't I return and refund my products?+
Returns after 60 days are not eligible for a refund and will not be sent back to the customer. Customers are encouraged to email Levina to confirm their trial expiration date.
